About Taskić

Taskić is a family app for chores and points, provided by Miloš Moravac PR MoravacNET, a sole proprietor registered in Serbia, Vojvode Stepe 275, 11010 Belgrade-Voždovac (registration number 64846353, tax ID (PIB) 110402054). These terms apply when you use the app and this website. By creating an account or using Taskić, you accept them.

Accounts

You need to be an adult to create an account. Children use Taskić only through a profile that a parent creates and manages, and the parent is responsible for how their children use it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Fair use

Use Taskić for your family’s tasks and rewards. Don’t try to get into other families’ data, to break or overload the service or to get around its security, and don’t upload anything illegal or anything that harms others, including photos of people who didn’t agree to them.

Points have no money value

Points, levels and rewards exist only inside your family. Points can’t be bought, sold or exchanged for money through the app. Rewards, pocket money included, are agreements between family members: Taskić only records what you agreed, and any payment happens outside the app.

Your content

What your family creates stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Taskić for you, as the privacy policy describes.

Taskić Pro

Taskić has a free version and a subscription, Taskić Pro. The free version covers everyday use: tasks of every kind, points, rewards, streaks and levels, the weekly boss, the family goal, the weekly summary, the iPhone widget and data export, for families of up to 6 members. Taskić Pro adds the other games, the points bank with interest, the streak shield, new stickers, the monthly recap and families of up to 15 members. Neither version shows ads.

• One subscription, the whole family. Taskić Pro belongs to a family and works on every member’s phone, iPhone or Android, whichever store it was bought in. Only a parent can buy it, and one subscription covers up to two families in which the buyer is a parent.
• Buying and renewal. A parent buys Taskić Pro through the App Store on iPhone or through Google Play on Android, by the month or by the year. The price is charged to the parent’s Apple Account or Google Account when the purchase is confirmed, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it’s cancelled in time: in the App Store at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Google Play before the period ends.
• Cancelling and refunds. You cancel in the store you bought in: on iPhone in Settings, under your name, Subscriptions, and on Android in Google Play, under Profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period already paid. Refunds go through the store, under Apple’s or Google Play’s rules, not through Taskić. Deleting the app, your account or the family doesn’t cancel the subscription.
• Free trial. Every new family gets Taskić Pro free, with no card, until the first weekly summary that arrives at least 14 days after the family was created. Each family gets the trial once, and so does each parent who creates a family. If you subscribe during the trial, the days left are added to the end of the paid period.
• When Pro ends. Nothing anyone earned is lost, and nothing in progress is cut off: duels and seasonal events run to their end, open offers on the task market are withdrawn and their points returned, earned surprise boxes can still be opened, savings can be taken out at any time but no longer earn interest, a streak shield a member owns still works, existing stickers keep working, past monthly recaps stay, and members beyond six stay in the family. Taskić just stops offering new duels, events, stickers and the other Pro features.
• If the paying parent leaves. When the parent who pays leaves the family or deletes their account, the family keeps Pro until the end of the period already paid.
• Prices. The App Store and Google Play show the price in the store’s currency before you buy, and it can differ from country to country. A price change follows the store’s rules, and the store tells you before it applies.
• Nothing for children to buy. Children are never shown prices or offers, and points and surprise boxes can never be bought with money.

Availability

We work to keep Taskić running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available, free of errors or unchanged. Features may change or be removed.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for disagreements within a family about tasks, points or rewards. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending

You can stop using Taskić at any time and delete your account or your family in the app. We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we ever shut Taskić down, we will tell you in advance and give you a way to get a copy of your family’s data.

Changes

When these terms change, we update them here and change the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell you in the app before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes go to the competent court in Serbia. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory laws.
